My inspiration
My path to lightness
My own life path has not always been easy. Through personal crises and challenges, I have experienced firsthand how burdensome stress and unprocessed experiences can be – and how liberating it is when this burden is lifted.
These experiences led me to study and practice various healing methods. From massage to kinesiology and trauma work to frequency therapy – each method has given me new tools to support people on their journey.
Today, my calling is to guide other people in finding their own way from stress and trauma to ease.

The Wisdom of Whales -
The playfulness of dolphins

"Water carries and flows" – this experience has shaped me. My deep connection to whales, dolphins, and the sea informs my therapeutic work.
Dolphins remind us how important lightness, playfulness, and deep connection are for our well-being. They live in the moment, communicate with their whole being, and radiate an infectious joy for life. The whales in the depths of the ocean remind us that we all carry a profound wisdom within us.
I bring these qualities – presence, joy, genuine connection and wisdom – to every encounter I have with you.
"Lightness is not the absence of heaviness, but the art of dancing with it."
