Kinesiology means "study of movement" — movement in the body, in the mind and in the emotions.
Integrative kinesiology is a recognized method of complementary therapy . According to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, physical or emotional pain indicates a disrupted energy flow.
Muscle testing serves as a subtle tool to visualize blockages and energy flow. It reveals which areas need attention and support.
